Holiday Card Coloring Contest
UNITING FOR THE HOLIDAYS
Each holiday season, families come together to strengthen their spirit of giving through programs that support those in need. Whether it’s helping provide cozy winter coats through our CODE RED team, or gathering toys for children through programs like Toys-for-Tots and the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree, we unite with open hearts to spread warmth and joy.
At United Way, we’re working to connect our community members with volunteer opportunities this season. And for a bit of festive fun, we’re hosting a coloring contest to keep the little ones entertained! We invite schools, teachers, parents, and caregivers to share in the holiday cheer and encourage kids to join in!
ANNUAL COLORING CONTEST
This opportunity is offered to preschool students through 5th grade (public, private, virtual, and homeschooled students). United Way’s Board will be selecting 5 lucky winners to creatively embrace the LIVE UNITED spirit. Good Luck!

Please return Colored Artwork and Submission Page to the United Way Office no later than 12/13/2024. You can either submit it by Mail, Email, or drop it off at our in-person office located in the F&M Building.

Submitted artwork will be reviewed by the United Way’s Board of Directors, and five lucky winners will have their masterpieces featured on the United Way of Southeast Iowa’s Holiday Cards!
These cards are distributed annually in December and January to over 200 community partners, local businesses, leadership volunteers, and more.
Winners will also receive a special prize pack as a token of appreciation for their artistic contributions.
OFFICIAL RULES
- One entry per child.
- Child must reside in one of the following zip codes: 52630, 52641, 52642, 52649, 52601, 52623, 52637, 52638, 52640, 52645, 52646, 52650, 52655, 52660
- Late Entries (Past Our Deadline of 12/15/2024) will not be considered.
- Incomplete or missing submission information, will result in disqualification.
- Winners will be contacted via the email and/or phone provided on the sheet.

If your kid couldn’t get enough of this year’s coloring page, why not take a look and see if they’d be interested in another? While previous years do not count for the current year’s coloring contest, our staff at United Way recognize that it’s nice to have options when it comes to children.
As such we have a list of our previous year’s coloring pages, as well as some other coloring pages that didn’t quite make the cut. You can color them to your heart’s content, tag and share it on social media, or just simply enjoy it.
