Looking for something new and exciting to try? If you like soccer or football, then Ultimate Frisbee is for you! This fast-paced, no-contact, team-oriented sport is one that almost anyone can play. Whether you’ve played before or have never touched a frisbee, come and check out the introductory sessions. Participants will learn the different throwing techniques, ultimate frisbee fundamentals, and have the opportunity to put their new skills to the test during a game. No equipment required! Just bring your friends and be ready to have FUN!
