United Way Agencies

A partner agency must be registered as a non-profit organization with the Internal Revenue Service as a non-profit 501(C)3. Agencies must operate under a written set of by-laws, articles of incorporation or agreement that details the purpose, objective and the scope of the agency and must operate on a sound financial basis and maintain an adequate system of records.
